Attorney Attilio R. Antonioni and his son, Robert A. Antonioni, have established a long-standing tradition of exceptional legal advocacy for clients throughout Massachusetts.
Attorney Attilio R. Antonioni has been practicing law in the city of Leominster since 1957. He is a 1957 graduate of Boston College Law School in Boston, MA. Attilio Antonioni has concentrated his practice for the past 35 years in the fields of real estate law, conveyancing, and wills and trusts. He has represented thousands of people in their real estate or estate planning needs, and has represented most every area lending institution in the Fitchburg and Leominster areas.
Attorney Robert A. Antonioni, 52, graduated with honors from the New England School of Law in 1983. Bob Antonioni also served as state Senator for the Fitchburg, Leominster and Gardner regions for the past 17 years, and previously as state representative for Leominster and portions of Fitchburg and Lunenburg. His practice areas include divorce and family law litigation and mediation, child custody and visitation, child support and alimony/spousal support, paternity, complaints for modification and contempt.
Bob Antonioni has represented thousands of clients in north-central Massachusetts over the past 27 years. He is well-known and respected by area judges and attorneys, and can bring his experience and ability to benefit a client in the most difficult and emotional situations. As a legislator for 20 years, and practicing attorney for 27 years, Bob is especially familiar with the application of the law, as well as the complex problems which gave rise to the need for legislation to provide clients and their families with recourse to the law and to the state courts.
Attorney Patrick A. Fox graduated from Boston College Law School in 1973. Attorney and former justice Patrick A. Fox brings to our office his experience as the presiding justice in the Gardner District Court for 13 years. He actively practiced law as a litigator for 17 years prior to serving as a trial court judge for 20 years. Attorney Patrick A. Fox focuses his practice on criminal and civil litigation, including personal injury. Attorney Fox understands the application of the law, and provides valuable insight to the court process for clients facing difficult criminal or civil litigation.
Attorney Robert A. Mason graduated from New England School of Law in Boston in 2008. He has been practicing with Antonioni and Antonioni Law Offices since 2008, and has direct experience representing clients in the following practice areas: divorce and family law litigation and mediation, child custody and visitation, child support and alimony/spousal support, paternity, complaints for modification and contempt. Attorney Mason also has experience in guardianship/conservatorship, probating of estates with or without a will, and preparation of wills, trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorneys.
